2nd Annual Hot Dog Eating Contest

RULES: 

Must be 18 years of age to enter.
Contestants may not touch hot dogs until the starting signal.
Only entire hot dogs eaten will be counted (an entire hot dog includes the bun).
Contestants will have 10 minutes to down as many hot dogs as can be consumed. Buns and hot dogs may be separated. But 1 hot dog and bun equals 1 hot dog.
When the 3-minute time limit is up contestants may not put any additional hot dogs in their mouths.
Partially eaten hot dogs will not be counted.  
Any hot dog in the process of being eaten (in the mouth) may be finished once the 3 min marker sounds.
In the result of a tie it will be decided by an “Eat Off”.
